E-mail management has become much more of an experience than just a mode of communication.
The experience with document management in practice for so many years, we use to find it very difficult to create new documents from the existing documents, as either they could not be found because of complex folder hierarchy and no compulsory centralized location of storage of documents, which in turn used to make us start the documentation right from the scratch.
But, with Kdoc in our office, it seems that these problems never existed.
Now we can very quickly search documents through multiple properties to them, and then the "Copy " button makes our document creation from existing document just click away.
In addition to this, the Archive option helps in segregation our documents smartly as per their usage, and the since we use Microsoft outlook at work, so email management has become much more of an experience than just a mode of communication.
